Review: April Skin Magic Snow Cushion (White ver.)

Hi everyone,

I'm living in Malaysia, expect that day weather will be sunny and hot! Humidity maybe around 55%. So the function of foundation cushion will react differently on our skin type + weather.

My skin type is Combination Skin Type.

The white cushion main selling point is that add x2 moisture in the foundation cushion. Well, in my mindset, adding moisture into it will only suitable for fall/winter season. And at this round timing, Korea now is winter season. So, can be said like white version is suitable for their current weather. But I still wanna give a try on this cushion and I will going to cooler country (at least cold than Malaysia :D) next 2 months. So it will be suitable for me there.

However, I tried the white version. So I can actually compare and differentiate it for girl who plan to buy April skin magic snow cushion.

Cushion is rich of foundation!

Try the foundation on my hand, glowing and dewy actually!

• The White cushion is SPF 50+/PA++, volume 15g.
• It contain 60% water-based serum for perfect moisturizing coverage.
• Absorb easily, stay on perfectly and make your skin radiant. 
• Available with 3 tones, #21 Light Beige, #22 Pink Beige, #23 Natural Beige
• White Version is more suitable for Dry Skin, Black version is suitable for oily + combination skin  

Review

The coverage is medium if you compare it with black cushion. Stay on will be around 4 - 5 hours. Good things is, the white cushion can make your skin looks shinny and glowing! :D

I put some of the foundation on my hand, and my hand instantly feel shine! I try to pour water on my hand and it stay still and shine. I'm quite impress of the dewy effect.

And my skin feel some moisture once I applied it. (Some sticky feelings but it's okay! Same like Akma cushion that I introduced before)
Tips: After applied, use Loose powder also if you have one. It will reduce the stickiness of the face and act as oil control.

I like the smell of the cushion, the smell is more lighter than the black version.

Comparison between Black version and White version:

Coverage: White cushion is Medium coverage. Black cushion better than White cushion

Glowing,Shinny: White cushion is more glowing and dewy on the face than black cushion. White cushion can make shinny on the face. Black cushion might be more matte feel.

Moisture: White cushion feel moisture than Black cushion.

Smell: Not much of artificial smell like the Black cushion.

By overall, black cushion is still my favorite compare with the white cushion.
White cushion is good too! If your living place weather is cool now, then is good to use the white version. But if it's hot like summer then Black cushion will be better choice.

For me, now my current  routine is:
Early at the morning I will use Black version, because I will expose under the sun and you know Malaysia hot weather. After lunch,I will use white version to fill up (light) on my face because I working at the air-conditional environment and makes my skin feel a little bit dry. Mostly the working day I don't use liquid foundation, what I current use is Make up Base + Foundation Cushion + Loose Powder.

That's just my style on how to use the cushion and I believe everyone is different! :D

*And remember, must must must (important things I will repeat 3 times) do a proper make up remove even thought you are using only the make up base or cushion for the whole day. Normal cleansing gel will never be enough. Double cleanse would be the best! There have many types like Cleansing milk, Cleansing Water, Cleansing Oil and etc are depends on how heaviness of the make up you wore. Do some research on which one more suitable for your skin type. A proper skin care will lead to a good make up appearance. :D

Hi everyone,

I'm so excited to share with you all that I finally bought the April Skin Magic Snow White version cushion and Nakeup face Waterking cover cushion!! These 2 cushions are not from a big company brand but I promise these 2 cushions are famous and high rated among Korea!

Recently I bought too much cushion and I think I'm becoming a cushion-holic. Hahahaha

I really can't resists on the Foundation cushion. And it's become my daily routine of my simple makeup!

I know many girls curios about the April Skin Magic Snow cushion performance and now it even come out with the white cushion. I heard it quite a hot selling at Korea right now! I saw the article saying the white version will be more on moisturizing, and it will be more suitable for winter season especially. Well, moisturizing or not, I will still test on it coverage and long lasting degree and performance. :D

I'm quite looking forward actually for white version. So when the time it's release and I straight away order it. I'm very satisfies with the result of the black version, not to mentioned about the coverage is good and it's stay on is quite a lasting. So I would really want to try out the white version.

I will write a full review on the next coming post of this white version. And I will compare the black version and the white version too! Stay tunes.

Nakeup Face Waterking Cover Cushion

About the brand Nakeup Face, seriously I don't even heard about this brand before I saw some beauty review post on Instagram. Honestly there have not much information about the Nakeup face brand.

Maybe there is some information about this brand but in Korean language, and I don't understand Korean Language. :'(

I'm not very helpful in the information of this brand but what I do is give the most honest review! :D

It catch my attention because I saw some oversea cosmetic seller is promoting for waterking cover cushion. And the cover of the cushion is a mirror!! That's the fantastic part and I feel like I must see the real product and try it out! Hahahaha :D And it's really looks adorable when I saw the real product. It's design as Mirror cushion so convenient! 

You can view their website they have a video showing on how great of this cushion can be. It can cover the serious blemish and acne on the face!

I will begin on this review once I done for the April Skin Magic Snow Cushion review!

This is the first MEMEBOX eyeshadow palette i bought and frequently use until now.
As you can see the color of this palette have few bronze types, beige, pink and dark purple! Shinny!
These color palette definitely can draw out a few type of theme you want!
The palette come with two head eye brush, very convenient. And it's high quality. :D

I'm MEME I'm Pro Mascara Volume and Curl

I'M PRO Mascara Volume and Curl

The packaging of this product is totally a premium. It's not really a plastic material. The brush tip is a C-curve shape. My eye lashes curl up only for a few lash strand. My eyelashes looks fuller and the curl effect stay quite a long time.

Well, i really don't have high demand on the Mascara. I just need it to be stay on and lasting effect is good. And this mascara can meet my requirement. :)

The casing material is the same as the Mascara. It's a Premium quality casing,
It is easy to draw and the color is nice! Love the color after i draw on my eyebrow. :D
The pencil come with the triangle shade, so it's easier to draw shape.

How I feel about MEMEBOX

In overall, the reason why I want to write the MEMEBOX cosmetic review because as a reasonable price, you can get the high quality casing and good cosmetic. Their own product line price range is not expensive. Mostly can get their products within 10 - 20 USD, except for their own seller's price + shipping fees.

Except for their cosmetic which they collaborate with the artist, the price is slightly higher but you can get is Premium Quality of course, take an example like Memebox x Pony.
